Slow, slow, slow
I started my journey Jan 23rd at 220# Tracking /watching what i eat and exercising 5 -6 day per week. When should I expect to see ANY results? Is it to soon? I want to be down 20 lbs by June 3rd.

Just wondering - how long did it take everyone to start noticing any results? I'm going on my third week. Hello all, I'm on my second week of exercise, alternating between upper & lower body workouts. I upped my weight a bit on Tuesday and am a bit sore today ( especially when I sit down & stand up- hamstrings) My question do I skip the next lower body workout or do it as best as I can, which won't be all that great. Just wondering, don't you think the exercise calculation for what you burn is rather high and if we are to eat those extra calories isn't it defeating the purpose?
