Just wondering, don't you think the exercise calculation for what you burn is rather high and if we are to eat those extra calories isn't it defeating the purpose? I need to get a new battery for my HRM to double check. For instance tonight's plan is to WAP w/ Leslie Sansone a 5 mile brisk walk for 65 min. The calorie burn is 863 calories????? That means I can have my 2 martini's. :laugh: :laugh: :
