the thousand steps (melbourne)
Hi! Just did the thousand steps yesterday after work. just interested if other MFP users have done it, do it regularly? how long does it take you? I had no idea how to log the calories but i think it took about 40 minutes to do the whole walk up and down.

feeling disheartened.
I only have 6 kilograms to lose. In the first two months I was losing a bit every week and doing really well, I have lost 2 kilograms, so it's only 4 to go. Since I've…

I'm really happy with my progress so far, but it's getting harder to stick to the daily calorie requirements and I think I need a bit of extra motivation at the moment. I guess the novelty of the program is wearing…
