Can someone tell me when weighing French fries do I weigh them frozen or after it’s cooked?
Is there a way to change the weekly stats to start on my weigh in day? Or does it only start on Mondays?
I'm getting motivated again to workout and eat healthy and I swear when I workout I dont do as well for my weigh in's. I do so much better when I dont workout, why would that be??
I"m thinking about going dairy free because I've heard that because it's so high in fat and I've also heard as humans we're not supposed to eat diary because it's cow's fat. Any thoughts?
Sometimes I feel like I have a compulsive eating disorder or something. I make myself feel guilty over the dumbest things like not working out more than 5 days or like over eating by only 50 calories. I just can't seem to feel positive about success at all. And not to mention I am a prisoner to the scale, I dont know how…
