Everyone else notices my weight loss but I dont?
I recently lost 22 pounds and it seems like everyone noticed and were shocked all at once, however I haven't noticed. I noticed my clothes getting smaller and Ive dropped like 2 pant sizes, but not on my actual body. When did you all start to notice. (i started at 198 and im now 176 if that is at all relevant)

Diet thats good for gallbladder?
I have a lot of gallbladder problems and I'm having surgery, but not for a few months. I am not allowed to have a lot of fat as that causes me to have pain. Does anyone know any good low fat foods or foods that are alright for someone with gallbladder issues?

How to deal with guilt
I have recently lost about 4 pounds (hurray!) and today I rewarded myself with a slice of pizza. Including the pizza I still only ate around 1300 calories today which is just under my net goal (1200-1350) but now I feel really guilty. Not getting enough calories?
Im trying to lose about 20 pounds and so ive been going to the gym 5 time a week and eating 1200-1350 calories, but i'm finding it hard to even eat that much. Red Meat??
I try to stay down to 1200 calories a day and I eat very low carb and low fat. So I was wondering is okay to indulge in a little red meat? I know its higher in fat content than things like chicken, but will it really hurt my diet? I still stay low cal and low fat percentage when I eat it so does it really matter?
