Shaun T: Rockin Body or Hip Hop Abs?
How are they? Looking at them, I love the fact that there are different workouts that you can mix-and-match, and they provide a suggested month's worth of workouts. Any thoughts? Or which is more effective in your experience? I would like to work most on my abs and thighs, but whole body is good, too.
