Can someone please help me with my BMR & calories?
I'm 18, male, 6ft 3 and 202lbs. I found out that my BMR is 2142 so if I'm trying to lose 2 stones in 2 months how many calories should I be eating per day? Also I'm working out 6 days a week (cycling and dumbbells workout) and drinking plenty of water and sticking to a healthy diet if that helps, thanks.
