Can I lose 2 stones in 2 months by following this workout?

I'm 18, male, 6'3 and 202 pounds.
I want to lose 2 stones of fat and tone up a little in 2 months. So would 80 minutes of 5-10km cycling a day Monday to Saturday and dumbbell workouts on arms Monday, Wednesday and Friday and dumbbell workouts on my chest on tuesday and thursday do the trick? along with a healthy diet plenty of water and all that.
Also how many calories should I be eating?
