1,050 calories per day.... is that right?
In order for me to lose 1 lb per week, according to the goal calculator, I have to set my cal limit to 1,050 for a daily defect of 520 calories. I understand that there are 35,000 calories in a pound of fat, but 1050 sounds so low! It seems that this would lead to loss of muscle if I don't have that set high enough. Anyone…
