REWARDS
I have always been told that you have to set up mini goals and reward them for reinforcement. I never did this before, but I recently decided that I need a new pair of yoga pants... and decided I will buy them when I hit 145lbs. Just wondering what everyone else uses for goals? And how often they reward attaining them??
