Food safety question
I put frozen pork ribs in the oven at 250 degrees. I'm cooking them for 4 hours or so. But I'm worried that they sat in the danger zone for too long cause they were frozen and 250 is kinda low temp? Think it's safe?

Sausages and Bacon
Is it OK "health wise" to eat one or two bacon strips or 2 sausages a day? I eat one or the other with 2 hard boiled eggs everyday. It really helps with me with the protein amount. I can't have dairy, and soy or whey protein powders and i don't feel like eating chicken for breakfast.

Protein
Is there a certain amount of time that passes for protein to make you feel full? The only thing that fills me up is carbs?! And i would love to just throw a scoop of protein in my oatmeal but i cant have dairy or soy. Any good protein mix that is dairy,soy,nut free?

Stay at home mom activity level
I had my physical activty on light and that put me at about 1200 calories a day. I can not survive on that?! I had headaches,heartburn and nausea after a couple of days. most filling snack?
What's your most gluten free filling snack?.I have an addiction to peanut butter and that's what I crave when I'm starving but it's so high in calories! Even if I put it on celery (which is so good) I use up so many calories!

Going over sugars daily limit
I am trying to lose 10 pounds. I just started tracking my food and I don't go over my daily calorie intake. But everyday I go over my daily sugar limit. And its because of fruit.
