I have endometriosis too! I had stage 4 when i was 16. Just had a hysyerectomy in June that is helping. (even though it's not a cure for it). I tried for years to diet and I felt sick too. Now i eat 1870 calories a day. Sometimes a little less. And I've lost a couple pounds already. Some days when I get a flare up and feel…

I think it's your own personal desire. You have to ask yourself every single time you see unhealthy food "do you really want this". My husband is 80 plus pounds overweight. And he wants to eat what he wants. I've only been 15 pounds overweight because of 3 kids. But this last 8 lbs annoys the daylight out of me. And Id…

Cut them in half and sautee with pancetta and olive oil. So yum!
-
Haha..OK thanks. It was definitly cooked enough. We just finished eating it. So far so good!

I'm the same way. I'm not celiac but still get sick and cramps if I eat wheat. I've been gluten free going on 2 years. And now I really can't have it or I'll be more sick than before. Feel free to look at my diet. The staples that saved me were oats, tortilla chips, rice and potatoes. Everything made gluten free, is…

Yea. I could try the beans good idea! I dont eat other nitrate foods just on occasion. If i do eat a hotdog I'll be sure not to eat bacon or sausage for breakfast. That's just too much grease!
-
Lol true...

I bet i would like them. It's not really the calories I'm concerned about. It was cause they are so processed and contain nitraites.
-
Yes they fit and yes I'm eating plenty of fruits and vegs. I just heard they can cause cancer.
-
Oh interesting. Its just every where you go now there's a proetin hype. They put it in everything now!
-
Yea that's a good idea to just subtract 250 from my average diet because i pretty much eat the same things.
-
Thanks for the thoughts. I do have a pedometer on my phone and its usually around 8000 a day. So i think I'll maybe try 1400 to 1500 calories a day. And try and eat more protein.

I'm 35 5'6 131 pounds I was always 115 to 120 before my children. And i have a big stomach so even if BMI says I'm ok I'm not... Lol

I'm the exact same size as you. The only thing that helps me is to not eat carbs. My weight doesnt flucuate but my belly will go down if i don't eat carbs.

I have busy mornings so I pour cheerios in a cup and eat it dry while driving the kids to school. 1 and 1/2 cups is only 150 calories. Then I have a cup of tea. It gives me a couple hours then I usually have a banana.

My husband is 100+ pounds overweight. I am 10 pounds overweight. Yet I'm the one here using MFP and going to the gym weekly. We fight about it all the time! I make him healthy lunches and dinners but hes just so lazy...he's on BP meds so it's obviously effecting him health wise. We have 3 young kids but nothing will get…

Steel cut oats with a little maple syrup!

I do the sheet dinners with the Ranch dip packet. I just sprinkle it on chicken or pork then put any veggie and mini or cut up potatoes on the sides. I can't believe how flavorful the meat is and the seasoning actually sticks without any prepping like egg or flour.
-
I forgot about oats I love them! Thanks for the ideas!

No I am not a diabetic and have no medical condition. I will just ignore sugars from the fruit then. I didn't know you could pick what I see and log, I'm going to delete the sugar column. Thanks!

Exact same thing happened to me. I had to eat about every 1 1/2 hours or I would start shaking and get so nauseous and get a pain in my upper belly. I went to my doctor she said it could be an ulcer or stomach erosion. Because of my age (32) she put me on dexilant twice a day. It took about 2 weeks but then the nausea and…

Is he saying an 800 calorie deficit is not going to help?! I think one of my main problems is if I dont eat literally every 2 hours I get shaky and nauseous. I can't find where he is saying what to eat that will fuel our body.
