Food safety question

I put frozen pork ribs in the oven at 250 degrees. I'm cooking them for 4 hours or so. But I'm worried that they sat in the danger zone for too long cause they were frozen and 250 is kinda low temp? Think it's safe?

Most meat is frozen/defrosted b4 sale and frozen/defrosted b4 cooking.

BBQ is done at 250. Meat ideally is left out covered for at least a couple of hrs to get it to room temp b4 BBQing.

Steaks are left out to age in cool but not frig temps for weeks and months on end w/o problems.

Unless you did something worst than this, I wouldn't worry about it as long as the meat is properly cooked.
