So, i'm pretty much fed up with this. I weigh 162 give or take. and NO ONE believes me. I dont even believe it? I don't look like I do? I was SHOCKED when I saw that! And no one at all will believe it until I get onto a scale and show them. Where is all this weight the scale is showing me??????? If anyone guesses my weight…

what!? Will that even be worth it!?
So, not a whole heck of a lot of weight has come off in the past few weeks....maybe 2lbs. And my trainer wants me to lose 10 by the 30th. She told me to eat nothing but protien shakes, water, fruits and veggies until the 30th. Will that even drop the weight fast enough?(of course with excerise too)

I can't run outside, but on the weekends I don't have anywhere to go but outside for work outs. I tried running a mile, but it didn't work. So I walked it instead. How much cardio?
I hate running outside, but I can run all day on a tredmill? My trainer is closed on the weekeds, but I really want to work out! So, this means running outside. How long do you have to "run" or have your heart rate up to actually make it worth while?
