feeling low and tiring
being a student means lots of pressure, mood swings and up downs... don't know why i am losing the energy to diet control because i feel i am hungry all the time ..... due to geographical distance things which mostly people eat are not available here and what i eat do have food entry issues... don't know i just don't wana…

can i have macroni ? during diet ?
I am now a bit tired of boring meals.... Just wana know can I have macroni in my meals. And if yes then I need a recipe in which I can use boiled vegetables and macroni .... need help....
13 days ago i started taking serious that i should and i must reduce ... in the beginning it was light and fun but i dn't know why i feel tired now. specially when i have to study all the night and just couldn't eat anything :( as my calories are over ...:sad:
