need help....

13 days ago i started taking serious that i should and i must reduce ... in the beginning it was light and fun but i dn't know why i feel tired now. specially when i have to study all the night and just couldn't eat anything :( as my calories are over ...:sad:

    what is your calorie goal? also open your diary and people might be able to mak suggestions on your diet to help you out

    done, my goal is to reduce as much as possible because i am true obese.... 100lbs+ i have to and i want to reduce . my height is 5 feet .6inches and my current weight is 145 kg ......

    Are you a vegetarian? Is there a reason there's no meat in your diary?
    Just looking at what your'e eating, I'd be starving on that too. You need to swap some of the more high calorie/low nutrition foods for some lower calorie, more nutrient dense foods. You need way more protein and fat to help keep you full.

    If you are vegetarian, try adding cottage cheese, yogurt, nuts, nut butters, etc. Corn flakes aren't going to get it done.

    If you are to lose 2 pounds maybe scale it back to 1 1/2 pounds a week. The extra calories may help you stick to it. I also agree protein really helps to keep you full longer.
