Can you get nausea from low blood sugar? i've been feeling pukey all day-- i'm at 35% carb, 40% protein, 25% fat for a PCOS diet.

How do you account for an hour long workout with a trainer? I have been listing it as circuit training (we move from one exercise to another without stopping for an hour), but is this ideal? Just trying to actively track what i'm up to.

I'm trying to stay under 160g of carbs per day (40% based on my 1600 calorie/day intake), but today is tough. A power outage at the house had me grabbing a bagel at the coffee shop and not my usual oatmeal and p.butter.
