I opened a Nature Valley bar. I thought it was the protein bar covered with chocolate but it was covered in a white coating and, fool that I am, I proceeded to eat the entire thing even though I didn't really enjoy it. Temporary Weight Gain with Strength Training
I just recently began strength training every day (alternating different parts of the body) and I have gained a pound or two. My diet hasn't changed and I continue to do cardio as well.
