Since I was the cook for my husband and myself, I knew what went into the food and I was also able to do a few calorie modifications. With the lower in fat pumpkin pie I made, the total is just over 1,000 calories using my best estimates from the MFP database.
I had an average serving of:
Turkey and Gravy
Sweet Potatoes
Mashed Potatoes
Dressing
Cole Slaw
Cranberry Sauce
Brussel Sprouts
Pumpkin Pie
I only have about 276 calories left for the day so I'll be hitting the fitness room to earn extra calories if I need to eat more than that this evening.

Great job. I wish all the others who are celebrating Thanksgiving will be just as disciplined as you. I will aim to do like you come Christmas.0
