weight loss
So I can see a difference in the mirror, which I am happy about, but there is no difference on the scale. Does this make sense? I ak doing both cardio and strength training but very light weights as I am very weak and intend to gradually increase my weights.

Counting Calories?
I am following MFP suggestions as closely as i can, my calorie goal is 1200 per day.I know u have to burn over 3,000 calories to lose 1 pound....but when i add in my workouts i burn like 400-500 calories only. does this mean i will not be losing any weight?? Because I am eating much less and much healthier than i did…
