So I can see a difference in the mirror, which I am happy about, but there is no difference on the scale. Does this make sense? I ak doing both cardio and strength training but very light weights as I am very weak and intend to gradually increase my weights.

Makes plenty of sense it means you are losing inches which is just as good if not better than pounds! Great Job!0
