So I can see a difference in the mirror, which I am happy about, but there is no difference on the scale. Does this make sense? I ak doing both cardio and strength training but very light weights as I am very weak and intend to gradually increase my weights.

    What you see and what is actually happening can be different.

    Water retention from working out.
  • Makes plenty of sense it means you are losing inches which is just as good if not better than pounds! Great Job!
