I know that I'm working my legs but what else (if anything) will firm up as a result of my new habit of riding my bike to and from work? I have about a 4 mile round trip with pretty steep hills at each end.
I've never seen this addressed and I'm just curious, can anyone tell me why MFP suggests to set your weight loss goal to 1/2 pound a week when you are within 10 pounds of your goal? Inquiring minds want to know ( at least this one does! ;) )

I'm starting a 30 Day Squat Challenge today. A couple of weeks ago when I tried to do an Abs Challenge with my daughter I pulled a muscle in my side and missed 6 days of work!:cry: I figure my legs are pretty strong already from carrying me around all these years so here I go! :tongue:
