I think that happened to me the time I was abducted by aliens

I'm down to a size 14 pants from a really snug 22 (probably should have been in a 24) AND I went down a shoe size!

Since around the first of May I hadn't really logged food, I just logged in to keep my log-in streak, I lost nothing and actually put on a couple so I'm back to actually logging

I second lauraloy2013, thanks for the support and advice, I'm starting this week with a better mindset and remembering why I started this journey in the first place

I've been thru all of them I think. Grapefruit and bacon. In high school I ate a granola bar and drank a can of Tab for breakfast, had a can of Tab for lunch and then ate supper because my mom would have freaked if I didn't eat supper, I lost weight but of course gained it back. I tried the no carb diet but gave up on it…

Great post. I'm in the same place, only with a higher weight because I'm 5' 10". I wanted to lose another 8-10 pounds, mostly because 8 would put me at having lost an even 40 and 10 would put me at 180 which is a nice round number (stupid OCD!) but I look good and feel good and I'm having no trouble maintaining where I am…

I can't wait for the Dr Oz's episode on the grapefruit diet
-
Keep up the good work
-
site was down for maintenance last night when I tried to log on, maybe this was the problem

THIS, it is so straight forward but people insist on making it difficult, probably to make a buck

At 5'10" and 54 years old my goal is 182, about 8 more pounds. I've been holding at 190 for 3 weeks but firming up because my clothes are fitting better

I'm 54 and bike riding makes me happy too! I think it brings back memories of all the fun I had riding as a kid, it is still fun

I just love to cook and to eat, I still love to cook and eat but now am mindful of ingredients and portion size. This site is a Godsend

I reached mine this week when I fit into a size 14 pants. Down from a really tight 20 that probably should have been a 22. Good thing this a NSV because the darn scale hasn't moved in 3 weeks! My new goal is to be able to ride my bike up the killer hills at both ends of my work commute
-
You look great, congratulations on a job well done. That has to be one of the best before pics I've ever seen. Are you reaching for a beer with the other hand? :D

Thank you for your post, it was beautifully presented. Much of it resonated with me and while I haven't read that book I have adopted some of those strategies by trial and error. Congrats on coming to this realization at a much younger age than I did!

i hide m&m's in an old margarine container so my son and husband can't find them. I don't binge on them but I want to know they are there when i want a treat. I even count the darn things out so I can log them
-
Oh have I been there!
-
Your post made me smile because I've rest my goal weight 4 times! Now I have about 8 more to lose and I'm starting to concentrate on toning what is still there
-
But we haven't seen them without them, maybe the Spanx just do a REALLY good job! ;)
