Has anyone had a rotator cuff injury ? If so how did you heal it ? And how long did it take ? Mines driving me nuts and just won't heal. Cheers guys

Foods/drinks you don't log
Are there any foods or drinks you don't log the calories in. I personally don't log things like diet coke or flavoured water and I'm curious to know if others do similar

Cardio
Can anyone suggest a form of cardio that doesn't involve running or cycling ? I have tendonitis in my knees and running is just too painful, looking for some kind of upper body cardio. Cheers
