This really really simple recipe is my new favourite thing, 0% fat and full of protein, you will need . .
100 Total 0% Greek Yoghurt
100g Strawberries
1 Mini Meringue Shell ( I use Morrisons )
First of all measure out your 100g of yoghurt into a bowl or sundae dish, break up the meringue shell and fold in with the yoghurt.
Chop the strawberries and microwave them for about 1 minute, you should end up with a nice sticky sauce if you time it right, be careful it can be really hot. You can add a teaspoon of caster sugar to make it extra sweet and sticky
Add to your yoghurt and serve, away you go, that's it.
You can use any fruit you like, I have tried strawberries, blueberries, rasberries and also an orange and it works just the same.
Per portion :-
106 Calories / 15g Carbs (Sugar)/ 0 Fat / 11g Protein
You can vary it how you like, maybe double the yoghurt if you have extra calories to play with (also doubles the protein), you can use different fruit and you can even have the fruit just chopped if you prefer it cold.
Hope you get some joy from it

Thanks, I'll definitely do this as I love Eton Mess. I'd add protein powder to the yoghurt for even more proteiny goodness0

I think a strawberry or vanilla one would be cool with it0
