Doctor ordered 6 week Elimination Diet!
Long story short - my doctor ordered me to eliminate 7 foods from my diet for 6 weeks in order to heal my leaky gut and "re-set" my thyroid, adrenals, etc. On the No-No list are: gluten, dairy, eggs, sugar, soy, corn or peanuts. I have 50-ish pounds to lose and am feeling overwhelmed. Am I supposed to take off the Fitbit when doing Zumba?
When wearing my Fitbit Flex, if I am doing an hour of Zumba, it seems to "double-count" my steps for the day. But of course, as a fitness tracker, you would think you wouldn't have to take it off to exercise!
