iPhone Step Counter and Runtastic?
My iPhone 5s is set to record steps. But I plan to go for a run using the Runtastic app. Will it double up the run exercise calories and the steps? If so How do I fix it?

Calculating V02 Max
What is a reliable way to calculate it? I'm 38 and have a resting HR of 52-54. To do the resting heart rate method I'm a 51. Does that seem off? I run fairly regularly and practice taekwondo. ETA...
