So yesterday during crossfit class on my last set of push-ups I got a sharp pain headache. It did go away that morning. Is Oatbran OK?
Day 4 of going primal - and doing OK. One food that I really enjoyed and might miss is I really liked having oatbran for breakfast. I know it's a grain - so I'm guess that's not OK is it? The kind I buy is 23g carbs.
