Ketone Test Strips
Hi Guys! Still new at this =) I bought some Ketone test strips. The results indicated that I am between 15 - 40 (Moderate +). I imagine that we want that strip as dark as possible? Is that something that will happen on its own, or are more dietary adjustments needed? I'm at day 8, so still pretty early on.
