Sedentary or lightly active?
I'm a college student, and most of my day is spent in class or at home. I walk to class/to the bus to get to another campus, and I go to the gym three or four times a week. In my settings I said I'm sedentary, and I'm losing at a good rate. But should I consider myself lightly active?

Making cooking and logging easier.
I don't think this is a ground-breaking idea, and maybe everyone does this, but I find it really helpful when I'm cooking to write all the weights/measurements of each ingredient on a wipe board and then log it before I eat. I find it so much easier than stopping to log each ingredient. I rarely ever cook from a recipe, so…
