Apartment friendly exercises

I live on the second floor of a relatively old house, and I'm looking for some good body weight exercises that won't disturb the people beneath me (I can only imagine that I sound like an elephant jumping when I do jumping jacks or anything like that). I've been doing the usual squats/planks stuff but I want to add to my routine.

Have you considered: lifting weighs, resistance training, stationary bike?0

I like You are your own gym... its an app but I believe theres a book also.

I don't have reliable access to/money to buy weights or a bike. I will have to give resistance training a try!0 -
