Making cooking and logging easier.

I don't think this is a ground-breaking idea, and maybe everyone does this, but I find it really helpful when I'm cooking to write all the weights/measurements of each ingredient on a wipe board and then log it before I eat. I find it so much easier than stopping to log each ingredient. I rarely ever cook from a recipe, so it allows me to fool around with ingredients and still be logging and eating healthily.

Seems like a good idea to me.

That's how I do it but I have a little notepad in the kitchen, tear off the page and carry it off to the computer to log.

Also, if cooking more than one serving, I weigh the final product and divide it out that way so I can weigh my portion accurately.
