having a hard time reaching 1200 cals
Some days I will do just fine being on point with my calories, but other days I am completely satisfied (and full) on about 800. Should I push the calories or just listen to my body?

Favorite healthy meals?

everyday meal plan
I am feeling a bit overwhelmed by food. I do pretty good as far as exercising goes....but the food is what makes it hard for me. What do you all eat in in your everyday, healthy diet? I'm trying to get some ideas for meal planning that way it won't be (so) hard! Thanks in advance to anyone who replies. :)

Carbs vs Calories
So I was wondering what you all thought helped with weight loss more? Watching your carbs or just watching the calories? I've heard people say you can lose a lot of weight using diets such as atkins....Just wondering what you all thought and also would like some tips or thoughts if you all had tried it before :) Thanks
