I haven't been on MFP in a couple weeks. I've been slipping and losing motivation. Today is March 1st and I feel like I'm getting back on track.. Please someone give me some words of encouragement. I don't want to give up.

Day off?
I've exercised for an hour Monday through Thursday this week. I want to take tonight off and go out and enjoy a nice Friday evening with my friends, but I'm worried that I am going to slip up. Someone tell me it's okay to take a night off and enjoy the life changes I've been making!

Hi everyone! I was just wondering if we could share some motivational tips that really work for you? I've been doing pretty well for the past few days (ate 1 too many Reese's minis last night) but I really want to make sure each day I wake up wanting to get healthy and feel good!
