Never ending stall
I am only 4 months out and have hit a stall that has lasted 5 weeks. I started kickboxing 3 days a week and resistance band training for 3 days a week - for 45 minutes at a time 4 weeks ago. I eat approx. 900 - 1000 calories a day. Any suggestions because at this point I am very depressed!

Upping calories and no exercise?
Has anyone had luck in upping their calories and not really exercising but still losing weight and inches? I know it's best to exercise but just can't get myself motivated!

How to start the dreaded exercise
OK, I have been on MFP about 3 weeks going strong and have lost a little weight but I can't seem to make myself get in very much exercise. I think it's because everytime I do exercise I get so out of breathe and it makes me feel even worse about myself. Anyone else like that? How can I start????

Confused on Net Calories and Eating Back Exercise Calories
Help! Just starting today on here and I am so confused. I am supposed to take in 1770 net calories a day and i plan on exercising 3 days a week (starting small with goal hoping I can make it). So does that mean on the days I am exercising I have to eat more calories in order to still meet the 1770 net calories? Seems like…
