How many NET calories a day should I be eating?
I go to the gym between 4-5 days a week. I do the treadmill for between 30-45 and also do weight training. I currently weigh around 127 lbs and am 20 years old. I'm confused... I have MyFitnessPal and I currently weigh 129 pounds. I want to get down to 120. I exercise 5 days a week for about an hour-hour and 15 (a mix between cardio and weight lifting) and I have my calorie goal for the day set to 1,375.
