I feel so discouraged help!!

So I joined a new gym about two weeks ago and have been going 4-6 days a week. (between cardio and weight training) I've been doing really good, at least I feel that way. I usually do a mix of running and speed walking on the treadmill, and then do ab and arm workouts after. My diet is really good, I'm eating super healthy and only have cheat meals once a week. I've never had a flat stomach (the world HATES me) and I'm trying so hard to get abs and a flat stomach. I think I've been doing everything right, I'm not sure what the problem is. I was never really fat, it's just I've never had a flat stomach. I weigh around 130 lbs, 5'2". I eat about 1,500 net calories a day. Is that too little? I thought it was plenty. I'm not interested in losing weight, just in improving on toning and losing more stomach fat. Does it usually take longer than 2 weeks? The thing is I feel a lot better from eating clean but it's not really showing on my stomach or my arms
Is there anything I could be doing wrong?

It takes WAY longer than two weeks to tone (for me, at least).
Give it time, try not feel discouraged, and enjoy how much better your body is feeling now that you're eating clean and steadily exercising! The results will come - but all results come in time, and you gotta work hard to get there!0 -
You've been doing this for about 5 minutes. Don't do too much or you'll burn out. Keep at it and give it time.0

Agreed - it will take much longer than two weeks.
Don't give up!0 -

There is no such thing as "toning". The "toned" look simply means you've lost enough body fat to show your muscle mass more clearly.
If you want to look "toned" keep losing body fat.0
