How many NET calories a day should I be eating?

I go to the gym between 4-5 days a week. I do the treadmill for between 30-45 and also do weight training. I currently weigh around 127 lbs and am 20 years old. It's been my dream to get to 120 and finally have the last bit of stomach fat off of me. I was wondering maybe the problem is that I'm eating too many calories. Right now I have my calorie goal for the day set at 1,450. Is that too high for net calories? If I wanted to lose a pound or 2 per week, should I be eating more around 1,200-1,300 net calories? I'm just a little confused! Thanks!

When you put your info into this, what does it say? (Also, how tall are you?)

1450 should be fine for net to start with, but I'd suggest only "eating back" half of the exercise calories you log. And also, I wouldn't try to lose more than 0.5 lbs per week, if I were you. My guess is you can eat more than 1450 and still lose.
