gaining weight with good diet/daily exercise
been running 3 miles everyday breakfast: turkey sausage and banana lunch: salad apple/kiwi mid-day snack: avocado dinner: mixed veggies my pants are getting tighter! probably not a good diet either but I'm trying to cut down my leg muscle

Why can't am i getting worse at running
it seems like it only gets harder each day and i usually get tired after one mile but these days I'm dead by .5 miles… i have a balanced diet and i do get enough sleep. i also run 2 miles in the morning 1 mile at night

TDEE and BMR explanation
sorry read a lot of threads but I'm still kinda confused. can someone break it down and also MFP? i don't know what that is. Do I need to eat as much as my BMR or as much as my TDEE to lose weight BMR:1740 TDEE: 2621 i sit at home usually but i run 2 miles in the morning and 10 HIIT at night for 6 days

is this over kill??
every morning i do 2 miles at a steady jogging pace and at night i do HIIT (30 sec spring 2 min rest) 7 times.. and also my diet is really bad because the only vegetables i like are the one covered in spices :( and i don't know how to cook :/ eating nuts and fruits for now and some chicken

running uphill?
i have a hiking trail behind my house and its mostly uphill. My goal is too lose weight without gaining much muscle (leg muscle). Will running uphill for 3 miles a day make me lose weight and gain a lot of muscle?
