How many calories are you eating a day? What is your goal for calories? How did you determine this goal? And how long have you been at it?

Are you weighing/measuring everything you eat? What goes into your salad? Are you using dressing?

Just because the food you are eating is "healthy" doesn't mean you will automatically lose weight. "Healthy" foods can contain a lot of calories as well. Avocados and bananas are pretty calorie dense. If there are any nuts in your salad, they can contain a lot of calories. If you are using a dressing, the dressing can contain A LOT of calories for a small serving depending on the dressing. Some veggies can also be pretty calorie dense as well. Weigh, measure, and log what you are eating to see how many calories you are eating.

how much of those are you eating....it's not what you eat it's how much....

as well your ticker says 2lbs down...perhaps the tightness is just water retention from the exercise.

I saw a salad the on a restaurant website that was listed as having 1,000 calories. Even with the foods you listed, you could be eating a significant number of calories.
