Hello all, I have a series of long trips coming up for work. Basically I will be on the road living out of a hotel for about 3 weeks only coming home on the weekend. RoadBlocks
We have all been there. You get started on a good work-out plan are eating right. And then out of nowhere you get hurt or sick etc etc etc. (it can be anything). How do you keep on track? I am in need of some ideas/suggestions!
