Back on the wagon???
So I began using MFP in May and absolutely loved it but due to some unforseen tragedies I wasn't as dedicated to the program. I was just wondering if anyone has any good advice on the whole "moving in with the boyfriend" thing. I've never lived with anyone before but the guy I am seeing lives an hour away and keeps talking about wanting to move in with me into our own place so we can see each other every day. Refreshing summer salad
This is a salad my mom makes every summer for bbq's and such but I love to take it to work for lunch. 2 cups Lettuce 4 small strawberries sliced 1/4 cup of mandarin oranges 1/4 cup chopped walnuts 3 tbsp of Ken's Fat Free Rasberry Dressing Only 325 calories...YUMMY!!!:tongue:

New at this
I am very new at this site (one week tomorrow). I did not realize there was a "complete today's entry" button on the home page. What does this do exactly? Does it give you summary reports? Is there any reason to be pressing that button everyday LOL.:tongue:

What do yall think?
I want to lose around 20 pounds...is it quicker to lose weight by running or strenght training. I've always been a fan of the Firm which are DVD's that provide an hour of strength training and aerobics but I know that I have heard that running is the best exercise. Any advice?
