Considering swimming-benefits? just as good as running?
Im worried im going to completely bugger up my right knee so going to give running a rest for a while- however I have to do SOMETHING- considered swimming now. Any advice? I can go on my way to work and will have time for a 30 min swim

Best time of day to do a fitness DVD?
(Im hoping you all say 'evening' as its the only spare time I get!!) Currently doing 30 Day Shred- put my 4 month old to bed at about 6.45 and then do the DVD without any interruptions. How do you record 'Shred' in your Exercise?
Im doing Shred everyday- in order to record it accurately how should I put it in my MFP daily diary?

30 Day Shred- Do you do level 1 10 days etc
Is that how it should be done? I did Level 1 day 3last night and to be honest- didnt feel that 'pushed'?
