what type of bread is the best kind to get at subway??? i always get wheat. it's seems like everytime i eat subway (whether im under or over my calories) i gain like three or four lbs the next day. GEEEESSSSSHHHH

MFP says that i need 1468 per day to lose 2 lbs per week but i think that is extremely low considering that i'm still usually hungry when i eat 2000 a day. Freedieting.com says that I need a MINIMUM of 1968 for extreme fat loss, around 2200 for fat loss and around 2700 to maintain my current weight. Im not sure which one I…
