What's your proud moment for today?
I struggle with sodium and didn't go over my limit today! Also, I work at a college where all 70 instructors/staff decided to have a pot luck lunch - I brought my own lunch in and didn't eat anything else - big deal considering the food available!

Question about tracking food
Hi I am currently tracking Calories, Carbs, Sat Fat, Fiber, Sodium and Protein but would also like to track sugar. Is there a way to do that aside from looking at the daily report or are we limited to 7 macros?

going over on fats because of nuts/avocado
Just wondering...most of the time I go over my % of fats which is set at 34. In most cases I have noticed it's because I've included nuts/seeds etc. or avocado somewhere during the day because I didn't reach my protein level. Should I reduce these and eat more chicken etc. or not pay attention to going over the % of fats…
