Thanks everyone! I am going to try some of your suggestions. I made my first cup this morning and it was so terrible I dumped it down the sink - being determined though, I decided to hide it in my coffee lol. It didn't work and the tea overpowered the coffee. As said in a previous post---- it tasted like warm pee!

I weigh every second Monday. It keeps me from going overboard on the weekend before weigh in and I have lots of time and flexibility to adjust if I screw up every now and then.

Thanks all. I actually bought 3 pair of shoes for walking because I have a hard time getting them to fit right. The left of this pair is perfect but not the right. One of the other pairs the right is perfect but not the left - I've decided to wear odd shoes lol.

It is total calories. I'm in no way unhappy about the weight loss amount. It appears that over the two weeks - when you add everything up I'm over in just about every thing and doing the math I should have lost only 2 lbs - just wondering if the daily activity I did not put in was why the loss was 7lbs.

I watched a tv show the other day called Extreme Couponing - these guys are absolutely genius. They have stockpile bigger than some corner store shelves here and have paid little or nothing for every bit. It is worth a watch.

I forgot to mention that I learned how hard it is to drink all that water! It's funny because I can drink coffee all day long but water makes me feel bloated. Tips anyone?
