Anyone willing to analyze my data

Hi
I've made a chart of the last 14 day totals in my food and exercise logs - Just wondering if anyone would like to analyze it. P.S. I know the sodium amounts are higher and especially for one of the days is OUTRAGEOUS - I went to visit my mom and had a traditional Newfoundland Jiggs Dinner with Salt Beef! Thank goodness I don't have it every day (although once a week is probably too much now lol).
Appreciate any feeback.

A few questions: are the cals you document net cals? or total cals? Also, if you've lost seven pounds in two weeks, that's pretty awesome. So, I'm wondering if there is a specific concern you have,or a specific question regarding your data. Otherwise, it appears to be working for you!0

It is total calories. I'm in no way unhappy about the weight loss amount. It appears that over the two weeks - when you add everything up I'm over in just about every thing and doing the math I should have lost only 2 lbs - just wondering if the daily activity I did not put in was why the loss was 7lbs.0

Sodium is way too high, fiber should be higher, fat too high for that level of carbs and protein, raise protein, keep carbs the same, drop the fat.
If I could see more of your daily diet I could give you further pointers.0 -

I know you may not want to hear it but your sodium should be under 2500 mg a day! It's so high, I think if you got that under control you could loose a lot of water weight. Congratulations on the weight loss!!!!!!!!!!!0

Hi Margie - I tend to agree with you on the sodium being high - if you could get it down to at least the 2500mg, you might be surprised at your numbers on the scale. Been there done that!!
I find that if I really stick to the low sodium diet, I don't have to worry so much about focusing on lo-cal, because alot of low sodium foods are usually in the lo-cal range already!! Sadly it doesn't work in reverse - ALOT of lo-cal foods are terribly high in sodium. Just look at all those frozen meals - that are supposed to help one lose weight!! Sodium is in everything and it's a tough battle, but the results are definitely worth it!

I know it's high - I'm trying to make changes each day. That's definitely on my list. Most of it was is from cheese and some of the canned soups I was eating....0

Hi again Margie,
I just re-read my earlier post, and I hope I didn't come across as criticizing - I'm just always concerned when it comes to Sodium.
I commend you for trying to limit your intake - it's hard to do because it's in EVERYTHING - and especially in foods you'd never suspect. Take for example Jell-O Vanilla Instant Pudding (the small box) - The entire box has 1400 mg of sodium, which is 350mg per serving (4 ser. per box). When I eat vanilla pudding, it doesn't taste salty, but it's in there!!!!!
My Mother thought I was crazy when I called her for a recipe to make homemade vanilla pudding - she said, "Why not use a box of instant, it's SOOO easy!??" When I told her how much sodium was in there, she was flabbergasted!
The amount that is in canned soups is terrible - especially condensed cream soups, which I previously used alot of in cooking and recipes. But not anymore!!! Now I make my own thickenings and sauces using other ingredients.
If you need any advice about lowering sodium intake - send me a message - I'd be glad to help!!
