Just wondering if anyone is using these and what your thoughts and experiences have been using either? How do you record it in your exercise log?

I never stood on one, but it looks like a scam. I am pretty sure you seen those things that where in the early 1900 that would shake your stomach to make you thin. How is this thing different?0

I have no doubt you are probably right about TZone. In doing a little research I didn't find any kind of study that was conclusive to the benefits claimed by the gym owner, however, I wouldn't intend on using it for weight reduction etc.etc. I used it to today after the circuit training and it was very relaxing which is probably what I would use it for if at all. I'm mostly interested in what people have to say about using hydraulic circuit equipment?0
