Hi
I'm new to the site but the battle isn't so new. I lost 63 lbs a few years ago and managed to keep it off for a few years as well. . I stopped weighing and measuring and then got lazy. What do you know, I didn't gain anything back and after a while I guess I forgot I was going to watch what I was doing.Unfortunately, I have gained most of it back, so, here I am, finding it hard to commit but knowing I need to do something. I'm hoping this will help.

The Yo-Yo effect is awful. I've done the same thing! Good luck this time around. You will get lots of support here!0

Thanks. I think I'll need lots of luck. I am hoping this site will make me accountable.0
