Since dieting I have been spending a lot more on food then I used to. I was thinking of incorporating rice into my diet since its really cheap. Is this good idea or is rice just dead calories?

Things to think when you are tempted to break your diet.
The junk food that you want whether its a milkshake, candy bar, slice of cake or whatever will only give you 5 minutes of happiness. Then its gone. Yet you live with the results of eating that crap constantly. Add your own motivational phrase. We could all use as much help as possible. Candy bars are freaking everywhere.
